That’s what I aim to deliver here at dowski.com. So I put up another Curtis photo gallery. Check out the links section on the right side of the page. The first gallery is the one you have already seen. The other one, however, is chock full of new Curtis antics. Enjoy!
In other news, I am still getting lots of SPAM with a sprinkling of MyDoom virus emails. I would change my email address, but it is such a good one and anyone who knows me knows it. Oh well, I think it is getting a little better.
I finally got to see Curtis roll over. He did it three times in five minutes. It was pretty great and makes up for him holding out on me so long.
I haven’t been doing too much Python programming though I have used the mass user creation script that I made for our network at work. It creates Active Directory accounts, Exchange accounts and network shares for a CSV file of users. I started working on a GUI project on the side that would interface with our trouble ticket tracking program, but that has been put on hold. However, I will recommend wxGlade as a quick way to design a GUI.
I picked up the Lord of the Rings:Return of the King game with the last of my Christmas money at Target. It is quite a fun game. You can run around all the settings in the movie fighting Orcs, Easterlings and “the Dead” as well as Shelob, Nazgul and the King of the Dead. Pretty cool for someone who is pretty psyched about the movies. It has a multiplayer mode that I got Sarah to play with me once - that was fun!
