I needed to download a readme from Cisco’s site today. Here was the process:

Go to cisco.com
Login to get to support
Find the file I want.
Login again - this time to the download section
State whether or not I intend to export the README to terrorists
Agree that Cisco can charge me for the README if I am [...]
