		<description>Have faith!  Sam &#38; I were the same way, and then a realtor found the perfect house for us.  We were worried because most of the houses in our price range were either in really bad shape or really bad parts of Peoria (or both).  This one definitely needs a little bit of work, but its in a perfect location and beautiful.

Of course we still have to sell our house in Greenville... *ugh*</description>
