Good idea re: generic implementation of Buffet.  I'll try to refactor it into a base library that doesn't depend on CherryPy.  Shouldn't be that difficult to extract the important bits, as you have proved with Pylons.</description>

Or perhaps if there was also a version of Buffet that was completely framework independent and 'just' rendered templates. That would also cut the duplication and maintenance.
