Inching Closer to the Water
So as I mentioned a looooong time ago, I am planning on building a boat. Here is the progress so far (don’t laugh).
April 2005 - I get an itch to build a boat.
January 2006 - I get two books on boat building.
September 2006 - I order plans for a boat called the Mixer and buy 4 sheets of plywood.
At this rate, the boat should be finished sometime in the year 2014. But it will be sweet!
No way, I am starting on it for real this winter. The plywood is in my garage. The plans should arrive any day. I was this close to buying a circular saw tonight. But I don’t make impulse buys. I need to pick out the optimum circular saw in my price range. That means a good, inexpensive saw.
Anyhow, check out the description and some pictures of the Mixer. Maybe you’ll get 1/50th as excited as I am about this.

Well, if they are Wyglendowskis, then yes (but I likely don’t know them).

Christian.
I saw you once in the kitchen at Eberhard Road.
My brother (andrew) says you might help my company (www.stock20.com) do things that are more wonderful than we are currently doing.
In return, I will share my vast knowlege of procrastinated boat building with you.
And give you money.
Also, my father was the former Prime Minister of an importnat Sub-Saharan nation. He had a sum of large money on deposit with trustworthy banker.
I am looking for a dependentable friend in the United States to collect this money into a bank account, and manage it for me after removing a generous percentage.
I would also like you to adopt me as your own son.
And love me, and perhaps take me to a baseball game.
Please send me your social security number.
Kindest Regards.

Christian, hopefully I didn’t scare you with a strange comment. But I seriously would like to discuss your availability for some consulting/programming work.
