I find your emails on the list that describe solutions to problems are usually the clearest, and it is obvious that you enjoy your work... Glad to hear your year went well, and a hearty 'Good for you (all)' with regard to your mother in law moving in with you. My mom just moved in with us after a bad car accident (running joke: Aside from a broken neck she is doing fine!!) and our adjustments have been pretty minor as well.
